Workshops

An essential part of our program is our weekly workshops held in-person in a small-group setting during the Fall quarter. Our organization hosts a variety of professional development workshops throughout the Fall in order to prepare our members for networking and navigating websites such as LinkedIn and UCLA One, career exploration, internship and job search process, applications, mock interviews, resume writing, CV and cover letter writing, applying to research labs, and navigating UCLA course registration and classes within the Psychology department. These interactive workshops facilitate bonding among team members and board members and provide students with the confidence to build their professional network and begin building professional experience. Members also have access to sign up for one-on-one coffee chats with board members.
